Nirbhaya case: SC To Hear Centre’s Plea On Separate Hanging Of Convicts

The Supreme Court has agreed to urgently hear on Friday( February 7) the Centre's plea on separate hanging of the four Nirbhaya case convicts. The Ministry of Home Affairs had moved the Supreme Court after the Delhi High Court on Wednesday (February 5) held that the four convicts have to be hanged together and not separately.
