NOODLE Tour SAIGON: Rare Goat Noodles + Mì Vịt Tiềm + A WHOLE Street of Wonton Noodles!!

NOODLES, NOODLES, NOODLES!!! Nothing like a good ole noodle tour and let me tell you what, Saigon has plenty of them! This is going to be the first of a massive noodle series that I want to bring you all along with me! So I hope you are ready as I get into deep parts of Saigon to look for some of the best and most rare bowls of noodles you have ever seen.

This video starts off with a super rare bowl of goat noodles and this is actually my first time having tried goat in Saigon. It was super tender and flavor packed. Perfectly paired with the Perallia leaf as well. A must eat bowl of noodles.

Next up some Mì Vịt Tiềm or duck noodles! This place really gives you a generous serving of duck and has a delicious chinese medicinal based broth which pairs with the duck beautifully. A little expensive so make sure to bring some extra cash.

Lastly and partly due to a location which I wanted to go being closed, I went for some wonton noodles. Now, deep in Saigon, there is a whole street that is dedicated to wanton noodles and it absolutely lights up at night with locals hungry for some delicious food and cold drinks!
