November jobs report proves Fed right to cut rates, former top official says

Former top Federal Reserve official Donald Kohn tells CNBC that the strong November jobs report is evidence that the central bank has handled interest rate adjustments properly. "They certainly don't need to ease to help the labor market. It's doing great all by itself," he says.
