Chip and Joanna Gaines celebrated New Year’s Eve with many of their loved ones!  To ring in 2020, the couple enjoyed what seemed to be an adults-only evening at a restaurant beside 14 of their closest friends.  The large group was captured in a photo on Joanna’s Instagram Stories sitting around a large and festively decorated table with candles and floral centerpieces. The room also featured a massive flower painting on the wall and a gorgeous chandelier hanging from the ceiling.  Later in the night, Joanna, 41, and Chip, 45, whose five kids did not appear in any of the photos from the festivities, played a card game, enjoyed a delicious chocolate dessert, and even posed for a silly photo together, wearing their glittery Happy New Year glasses, mini hats and noisemakers. The tree needed to be secured to the wall in three places to stay upright in the family’s farmhouse. The channel will take over Discovery’s DIY Network, currently in more than 52 million U.S. homes.  The new network will be the latest addition to Chip and Joanna’s massive list of successful businesses, including their lifestyle magazine The Magnolia Journal (which is published by Meredith, PEOPLE’s parent company), the new Magnolia Table restaurant and coffee shop, and their product line at Target, as well as the ever-expanding Magnolia Market at th
