Paul Kagame born 23 October 1957 is a Rwandan politician and former military leader. He is the 4th and current President of Rwanda, having taken office in the year 2000 when his predecessor, Pasteur Bizimungu, resigned.Meanwhile on the other hand, William Addo Dankwa "Nana" Akufo-Addo born 29 March 1944.Addo previously served as Attorney General from 2001 to 2003 and as Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2003 to 2007 under the Kufuor led administration.Addo was later elected as President of Ghana in the year 2017.
2 . Education
Kagame began his primary education in a school near the refugee camp, where he and other Rwandan refugees who learned how to speak English and began to integrate into Ugandan culture.
At the age of nine, he moved to the respected Rwengoro Primary School, around 16 kilometres (10 miles) away, graduating with the best grades in the district. Kagame subsequently attended Ntare School, one of the best schools in Uganda. It is also the alma mater of future Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni. The death of Kagame's father in the early years of 1970s, and the departure of Rwigyema to an unknown location, led to a decline in his academic performance and an increased tendency to fight those who belittled the Rwandan population. Kagame was eventually suspended from Ntare school and completed his studies without distinction at Old Kampala Secondary School.
Nana Addo started his primary education at the Government Boys School, Adabraka, and later went to Rowe Road School (now known as Kinbu), in Accra Central. He went to England to study for his O-Level and A-Level examinations at Lancing College, Sussex.Nana Addo began the Philosophy, Politics and Economics course at New College, Oxford in 1962, but left soon afterwards.
ana Addo returned to Ghana in 1962 to teach at the Accra Academy, before going to read Economics at the University of Ghana, Legon, in 1964, earning a BSc degree in Economics in 1967. Nana Addo subsequently joined Inner Temple and trained as a lawyer under the apprenticeship system known as the Inns of court, where no formal law degree was required.
