PF Thugs Invade Bill 10 Public Discussion At Intercontinental Hotel

Law and order has broken down in Zambia.

Where is freedom of assembly?
Where is freedom of expression and opinion?

If these thugs can break into an international hotel housing diplomats, tourists and international guests in this manner then where is law and order in this country?
