Pocketed Shawl Tutorial (Worked up by the width)

Hey Crochet Family! I'm super excited to share with you this pocketed shawl tutorial and we're going to cover both Adult and Kids sizes! The adult measures Width: 25 in. and Length: 71 in. And as promised I'm giving all my Crochet Family the pattern for the Kids Shawl!!!

Kids
2 skeins red heart
5.25mm
Width 14 inches
Length 51inches

Foundation Chain 47

R 1
Doubke crochet into the 4th chain from the hook and do doubles til end of row.
Chain one turn work
R 2-3 doubles crochet
Chain one turn work

R4
In first stitch place a double then 4 more doubles one in each stitch. Skip 2 in next stitch work a v-stitch (double chain one double in same stitch) into that one stitch. Repeat until there are 7 stitches left. Skip 2 and then place 5 double crochet one in each stitch remaining.
Chain one turn work

R5-78
In first stitch place a double. Make 4 more doubles over next 4 stitches. Go into every v-stitch and make a v-stitch. Ending row with 5 double crochet.
Chain one and turn work

R79-81
Double crochet one double into every stitch including the chain one space inside v-stitch on row 79.
Always chain one and turn work

Pockets
Chain 24

R1
Double crochet into 4th chain from hook then continue making doubles til end of row
Chain one and turn work

R2-3
Double crochet in every stitch
Chain one turn work

R4
Double crochet into first stitch and next 3 stitches. Skip 2 in next stitch place a v-stitch. Skip 2 place a v-stitch continue this til you have 6 stitches. Skip 2 and crochet 4 double crochet into last 4 stitches.
Chain one and turn work

R5-7
Double crochet into 4 stitch. Into the v-stitch make another v-stitch and double crochet in last 4 stitches
Chain one and turn work

R8
Double crochet into every stitch across (make sure to work one double Into the chain one space of v-stitch)
R9-10
Double crochet into each stitch
Always chain one and turn work
