Welcome back to day 2 point 2 of our series. We will talk about Procrastination.

Procrastination can show up at anytime and it can come in two forms. Form 1 is laziness. This is probably the most common type. Form 2 is fear. When you are afraid to change your diet or health practices you may end up procrastinating or pushing the change back.
