In US news and current events today, Michigan State Police were caught on dashcam footage using excessive force against a man with a disability and then laughing about their police brutality later in the precinct. Jason Spicer was pulled over on suspicion of intoxicated driving. Spicer has a disability from nerve damage and needs a cane to walk. He first showed his hands to officers and then used his can to get out of the car. Next in this incident of police misconduct and police abuse, the officers threw his can to the ground and pinned up against their car. Spicer went to the hospital for his injuries.
