President Duterte threatens to arrest or shoot troublemakers in COVID-19 crisis | ANC

President Rodrigo Duterte warned leftist groups and possible troublemakers looking to stir public opinion against the government during the COVID-19 crisis. In a public address Wednesday night, Duterte said he will have them arrested or shot by the military or police. He also ordered law enforcers to go after those who harass health workers.
