Quebec community split over park, street named after anti-Semitic landowner

Residents of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Que., are split over whether to rename a park and street named after Alphonse Waegener, a landowner who put a condition on sales banning Jewish people from buying or renting homes on the property.
