[RANTING] My thoughts on toxicity and the state of ranked

My 17min long rant. Expect a long, angry, and impassioned speech. I just want the game and the community to be better.
TLDW:
0:00 - 1:30 Guessing about Voyboy's Vid.
1:31 - 6:32 Why has the game become so toxic? Game state / Big Influencers
6:33 - 7:40 Raging about the teammate I had from the previous defeat.
7:41 - 10:06 Talking impacts on ranked from the addition of GM and removal of 5th divisions.
10:07 - 12:00 Random rage still about ranked.
12:01 - 14:50 Talking about the factors that created this toxicity level league has currently.
14:51 - 16:55 Talking about the solo carry metas that have disappeared from the past.

Also GM doesnt work for NA's ranked population. Its too small that master tier doesnt even exist. A couple wins and your already considered "Grandmaster".
