REAL 3DO Interactive Multiplayer - My Top 10 Games!
Description
Often dismissed, the 3DO had the unfortunate position of being released right before the Saturn and Playstation. That meant that it was almost immediately forgotten by the masses, but for those of us that took the trip, it was a hell of ride while it lasted.

Episode Notes:
1. Captured on real hardware via s-video.
2. There is a port of Return Fire for the Saturn. It was never officially released, but it's out there if you are curious.
3. Killing Time was to be released for the Saturn and Playstation, but it never happened.
4. While vastly superior in performance, the PC version of Road Rash has some weird issues. The race music itself is terrible, and the sky isn't animated at all.
5. The soundtrack from the 3DO version of Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo is from the FM Towns version. It's my favorite music from any of the games in that line.
6. Believe it or not the 3DO got a bunch of price drops during its life. It wasn't always crazy expensive. By the time the Saturn and Playstation got going, it was down to $199 and had a killer lineup of games. It was just outshined by hardware hyped to be way more powerful.
7. Games that just missed the top 10 for me are Alone in the Dark, D, and Shockwave.
