Relationship Problems

The plaintiff says he went to prison while dating the defendant and they married after he was released. He claims his ex-wife cheated on him with his cousin and he is suing for damaged property. The defendant says they dated even after divorcing and he cheated on her. She is countersuing for emotional distress.
