Robert De Niro vs. Al Pacino | Rotten Tomatoes
Description
This month Robert De Niro and Al Pacino share the big screen – and the small screen – for the first time since ‘Heat’ in Martin Scorsese’s Netflix gangster epic ‘The Irishman.’ The movie, which is currently Certified Fresh and getting the kind of Oscar buzz you would expect of something with the words De Niro, Pacino, and Scorsese in the credits, tells the tale of Frank “The Irishman” Sheeran (De Niro) and his relationship with infamous teamster boss Jimmy Hoffa (Pacino). After a short theatrical run, ‘The Irishman’ will be available on Netflix from November 27, and to mark the occasion, we’ve released a special episode of ‘Versus’ in which we pit the two greatest gangster actors of our time against each other. Who has the best box office performance? Who is Fresher on the Tomatometer? Who has the more iconic roles? And who will our esteemed ‘Versus’ host Mark Ellis decide is worthy to kiss the ring? Find out in this episode, and leave your comments below.
