San Joaquin County releases footage of Jacob Servin in custody in response to abuse claims

San Joaquin County Sheriffs releases footage of Stockton man being booked and later led out of his cell. 29-year old Jacob Servin of Stockton says he was beaten excessively by San Joaquin County Sheriffs Officers after he was arrested for alleged public drunkenness.
