SATS acquires UK aviation food company Monty's Bakehouse for S$48.4 million

Mainboard-listed airport and food services provider SATS has bought over UK-based Monty’s Bakehouse for S$48.4 million. SATS said it plans to bring products and packaging capabilities from Monty's to customers in Asia to enhance its food solutions for aviation customers and support its growth plans. Monty's was set up in 2003 and it provides handheld meals and snacks to airline customers globally.
