Shutting Down Airbnb Business [Real Estate Market Crash 2020]

Shutting down after starting a business that did $2,900,00 annually.

COVID19 has decimated by business, the worse month I've ever had in this business I would lose 10% of my total rent cost. Our company usually carries enough to sustain 12 months of loss in a row which is unrealistic for this business not even in a recession. However, the Airbnb business is ever-evolving and apparently, it won't hold up against the coronavirus pandemic.

In March & April, we sustained nearly a 100% loss compacting in a year's loss into each month, taking a nearly 100% per month is like losing out 2 years in a row, without any time in between to recover.
