SIMPLE GOLF DRILL TO FEEL AND EFFORTLESS GOLF SWING

In this tip I show you a simple golf drill that will allow you to feel an effortless golf swing. Try this the next time you're at the range to stop trying to hit the ball hard with your arms.

A powerful, effortless, pain-free golf swing is different. This is because your arms are no longer the power source. Instead, it's your legs and hips that give you the power. This simple golf drill will give you this feeling so you know what to look for into the future.

For some, this is difficult because they want to keep hitting with the dominant hand. This simple golf drill (inspired by Jim Furyk) takes the power out of the dominant hand so you can feel what an effortless golf swing is supposed to feel like.

This doesn't mean you have to do this drill forever (unless you want to). You are doing this simple golf drill to get the feeling then remember it when you do your normal swing.

Once you know the feeling, try to stop trying to hit the ball as hard as you can and start to power your swing with your legs and hips (body).
