Singapore firms urged to do more to help workers in their 40s and 50s

Companies in Singapore are being urged to redesign, reskill and recruit to support jobs for people in their forties and fifties. Singapore's Trade and Industry Minister Chan Chun Sing told Parliament that many in this group are worried about job security.
