TRADITIONAL SPANISH OMELETTE

Spanish omelette or Tortilla Esplanalo is a simple potato recipe dish that can be enjoyed hot or cold
Ingredients
2 medium Potatoes
½ tsp Salt
1/2*tsp of pepper powder
Coconut or olive Oil
1 Onion (, small or medium)
3 Eggs (, medium to large)
Cheese 1/2 cup.

Method of preparation
Heat a pan, to this add 2 tbsp of oil and cook the potatoes for 2 minutes. Then to this add chopped onion, cook this for another 1 minute. Add this mixture to the beaten egg and leave it for 5 minutes so that the potatoes and onions are nicely soaked in egg. After 5 minutes pour this to the heated pan and cook it covered for 3 minutes in low flame. To this add grated cheese and wait for it to melt.
Get a large, flat dish and lay it over the top of the pan, holding the pan on one hand and placing the other hand on top of the plate flip the omelette on the plate. Transfer the raw side and cook it for another 5 minutes. Traditional Spanish omelette is ready to be served.

Italian Omelette
This omelette is simply delicious with fresh parsley, and Eggs!

Ingredients

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 tablespoon Butter
2 large Eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheese

How To Make
Put the parsley in bowl; set aside.
Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
Beat eggs, water, salt and pepper in bowl at low speed until light in colour and well mixed. Pour eggs into hot skillet. Cook 2 minutes; lift edge of eggs with heat proof spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath 3-4 minutes or until mixture is almost set.
Sprinkle cheese over half of omelette. Cover; let stand 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Add parsley on top of omelette.
Place omelette onto plate. . Cut in half.
