I wanted to try something new. I haven't written since high school and thought it would be a good outlet. This was inspired by the recent Pastor Troy Vs Lil Nas X situation. I'm sorry if I sound a little frustrated during the video, I was. If you follow my Instagram, you may know I have been trying to move for a while. What I normally use to record was packed away and I couldn't find anything. I wasn't able to make this video how I originally envisioned. If you like this video, please let me though. I will try to do more.

Keep spewing hate and wonder why your kids don’t call you
When it comes to cutting off toxic, blood can catch these scissors too
your kids are growing up to be gay atheist or trans

You told us we could be anything we wanted. I guess that excluded gay
But when they wrap about murder, drugs, and slapping bitches where’s the outrage?
Stop thinking that we’re just out here trying to push some evil gay agenda
There is one but it’s love and it seems so foreign it offends ya
How can you cut off people that love you because an old book says they’re bad?
But the world is fucking changing so change with it or die mad
I will not cape for a book that justified any enslavement
You can keep that ancient ideology where women were second class citizens
But people love to cherry pick the passages for shit that they can use
To explain away their homophobia, racism, and abuse
No one bats an eye when they rap about murder and fucking other women
So... we’re just going to pretend like that shit isn’t against the top 10 Commandments?
Why do I need permission to lead a life that has yet to hurt a soul?
i’m tired of sitting down and shutting up and doing what I’m told
But I don’t want to wake up wishing of the relationship we could’ve had
