Stellaris 3.0 - Pop Growth Mechanics (How Does This Work?)

The 3.0 update added a new system for pop growth. Sadly, the development team didn't add a proper onboarding system and now a big chunk of you don't know how to properly manage population growth. And this is fine, nothing to be worried about. Today we'll take a look at how this system actually works and how to use it properly. Please do be aware that the 3.0.3 patch will change this slightly, so let's get into it.
