Supreme Court, ipinaliwanag kung bakit walang Top 10 Bar takers sa 2020/2021 Bar exams

Ipinaliwanag ni Supreme Court Associate Justice Marvic Leonen kung bakit wala silang inilabas na Top 10 Bar takers sa 2020/2021 Bar Exams.

“Ako ang tingin ko, the top 10 is artificial… And to make hierarchy, mahirap,” ayon kay Leonen.
