SUV Driver Mows Down 4 Teens Walking In Burlingame

Police were trying to figure out if a driver deliberately ran over 4 teens walking down the street in Burlingame. The driver has been arrested. Betty Yu talked to neighbors who called 911 after the horrific incident.
