The #Taliban claimed responsibility for the #assassination Dawa Khan Menapal, head of the Government Media and Information Centre (GMIC) in Kabul on August 6. Menapal was shot by gunmen Darul Aman Road in the capital on Friday, according to TOLO News. France 24's correspondent Franz Marty tells us more.
