Testing Peak Water in Copenhagen | Coffee with April #143
Description
This week, we're testing the Peak Water filtration system to find out just how capable this small handheld unit can be.
We've been curious about Peak Water for some time now, especially considering the poor quality and high hardness of the tap water most commonly found in the city of Copenhagen. With the average PPM found to be between 500-600 throughout the city, it can be difficult to find solutions that don't include Reverse Osmosis.
In this video, we test just how effective the Peak Water can be at reducing the hardness of your water, whilst also testing the sensory results of cupping coffee using two differing settings.
You can replicate the cupping featured in this video by using the following guidelines:
10g - 170g
96°C Water
1 Cup poured using setting '4' (Bypass)
1 Cup poured using setting '5' (No-Bypass)
