The 5 Tallest Women's Champions In History.
Description
The 5 Tallest Women's Champions In History.
WWE boasts a diverse women's roster. That includes some dominant tall ladies, and a few who are dynamite in small packages.
It's a common saying, "It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog." And while that may be true sometimes, other times the size of the competitor can just be too overwhelming for their opponent, and the bigger person comes out on top.
One of the good things about WWE is, that their female wrestlers come in all sizes, with different ethnicities, backgrounds, and other characteristics that make a lot of these superstars stand out. Now we will take a look at the tallest WWE Women's Champions.
1. Nia Jax 6 Feet.
Nia Jax is another female athlete who's career has been riddled with injuries. She definitely has the talent and size to be a dominant force. The former Raw Women's Champion helped serve as a role model for fans that deal with bullying or other issues involving physical appearances, even though she's a much better heel than a face. Jax is too much of a force to not win multiple titles, her return to the ring is much needed for the brand and for the fans, whether they realize it or not. Maybe she and Tamina could finally win the Tag Team Titles when Jax returns.
2. Chyna 5 Feet and 10 Inches.
Back when the "Ninth Wonder of The World" wrestled, she looked like she was at least 6 Feet and 3 Inches or bigger and was something we had never seen before. In reality, she was just 5 Feet and 10 Inches, but still highly intimidating. She held the Women's Title and was the first woman to hold the Intercontinental Title. She was also the first woman to be the number one contender for the WWE title, and the first woman to enter the Royal Rumble, as well as the King of the Ring tournament. Chyna defeated multiple male superstars. Her impact on wrestling was huge.
3. Tallest: Charlotte Flair 5 Feet and 10 Inches.
The queen only has the tag team titles left to win to be a grand slam champion, as she's won the NXT, Raw and SmackDown Women's titles. She wins the NXT Title once again at this year's WrestleMania. She could possibly pull a Finn Balor and start a fresh new character, and work her way back up to the main roster. Or maybe she won't even stay in NXT and give up the title. This WrestleMania match between Charlotte Flair and Ripley was the best match.
4. Michelle McCool 5 Feet and 10 Inches.
There's nothing flashy about Michelle McCool, but she got the job done. She's one of the best heel female superstars in WWE history and helped change how female superstars are looked at. She's won both the Women's Title and the Diva's Title twice. If the Women's Tag Team Titles existed back when she and Layla formed LayCool they likely would've won those titles too. In recent weeks on Raw, AJ Styles has called out her out specifically for making The Undertaker still wrestle, as McCool and Undertaker are married. So maybe there will be a McCool appearance down the line, but most likely not.
5. Rhea Ripley 5 Feet and 8 Inches.
The current NXT Women's Champion and previous NXT UK Women's Champion, Rhea Ripley is visibly tall when you watch her on television, and she has the strength to go with it. She lost in WrestleMania against Charlotte Flair for NXT Women's Championship.
