I came to a recent realization as to what may be the near perfect budget laptop/MacBook Pro/MacBook Air alternative for college students as of 2020! Spoiler alert (hopefully you aren't reading this before you watch) its the Surface Laptop 1 and 2! With their excellent builds, performance, keyboards and displays I cannot recommend them enough!
