West Ham United FC's board issued a 'ten point plan' shortly after David Sullivan and David Gold purchased a majority share of the club in January 2010.
On 18 January 2020, supporters' group Hammers United plan to stage a static protest against the board - ten years to the day since Sullivan and Gold took control of the club - on the basis that the co-owners and vice chair Karren Brady have failed to deliver on their 2010 promises.
