TN 10,11,12 Std Portions reduced |2020-21| Students Happy|School Reopen?? |Minister Stated|Tamil|B.R

Due to Corona Virus spreading over the country and the Nationwide Lockdown is announced by the Central Government, all schools, collages and Universities are closed in the last week of March 2020.

Till now, schools and colleges are not yet opened. In Tamilnadu, The Government of Tamilnadu has cancelled the examinations for 1st Std to 9th Standard. It also cancelled 10th Public Board examinations after a deep discussion. But marks awarding system is on process for 10th Standard.
Pending examinations for 11th Standard were also cancelled by the Tamilnadu Government.

The important examinations of 12th Public was completed at the time of announcement of Lockdown. But unfortunately, 36,000+ students did not write their final day examinations due to lockdown. Now the result of 12th Standard examination is being announced by the School Education of Tamilnadu. The School Education Minister has stated that the 12th result may be released on July 6th, 2020.

Now the Tamilnadu Government has decided that the syllabus for 10th, 11th and 12th Standards will be reduced during the academic year 2020-21, due to lack of working days in this academic year. Because
the reopening date for schools are not yet finalized. It may be reopened in the month of Sep or Oct, 2020.
