Here is our take on the top 10 800m women of the last 30 years. We have picked out a few of their career highlights but it can be difficult to find good quality footage of some of the older races.
We have looked at performances from the 600m, the 800, and also the 1000m as these now all count towards 800m qualification on the World Athletics system.
