Top 10 Anime Project - Monster (Honorable Mention)

As promised last week, it's time to start my top 10 favorite anime of all time project. Starting though, with an honorable mention. Monster was my #10 anime in the list for awhile one took its spot two or so years ago. So why did I still want to give Monster the honorable mention. Watch and find out.
