Over the course of 2019, Beachbody’s workouts were done millions of times, and it’s all thanks to you. So, to pump you (and ourselves) up, we’re looking back at our top 10 workouts of the year. Some of our new fitness programs cracked the top 10, while a few classics were still making an impact. (Spoiler alert: a good old fashioned sweat sesh and sensible portion control never goes out of style).

Whether you were looking to get leaner and stronger in less than a month or only had 30 minutes to get a high-intensity workout in between commitments, we had the perfect program to help you smash your goals. To torch calories any time of day, anywhere, all you had to do was turn to our Super Trainers for an incredible program tailored to your needs.

Some of you sweated through Jericho Matthews’ morning jam sessions, while others turned to Autumn Calabrese for fitness and nutrition advice that transformed your bodies. Others got shredded and burned fat with Shaun T and Joel Freeman.
