This is again a remake of Tamil movie with the same name Staring Surya. This 2011 movie was directed by action comedy king Rohit Shetty. The film stars Ajay Devgn as Deputy Commissioner of Police with Kajal Aggarwal playing his love interest and Prakash Raj playing the main antagonist.
