Let’s go rural. We always talk about cities, towns, and entire states on this channel but have never looked at counties. In this case rural counties. That seems to be where people are looking these days when they are looking to leave the city life. Rural America has been a popular destination for retirees since forever.
Now that more and more people are working from home it is getting more popular with Gen-X and Millennials. As high-speed internet gets further and further into the country, these rural counties become more of an option, so people are starting to change their addresses. Those addresses often include the words “County Road”.
This video is for everyone not just retirees. But they seem to be the biggest demographic looking for this type of life so I will include where they have health care facilities. At 25 that doesn’t seem like something important, I get it, wait until you are 45 or 50.
