10. Novare Lekki Mall (Nigeria) – 22.000m2
Novare Lekki Mall is the biggest in Lagos, Nigeria.
It opened to the public in August 2016 thanks to the rapidly urbanizing district of Lekki.
It is owned by Novare Real Estate Africa and occupies an area of 22,000 square meters.
Novare Lekki mall houses signature stores such as Nike, Levi’s, Game, and Swatch.
The edifice is grand indeed.
It houses the biggest Shoprite in Nigeria and stands out as the largest mall in Lagos.
It also comes with almost a thousand parking spots as they are always fully prepared for the big crowds.
9. Dembel City Center ( Ethiopia) – 40.000m2
Dembel City Center is one of the biggest Ethiopia shopping malls.
It is located in the center of Addis Ababa. The twelve floors structure was built in 2002, and it has 123 spaces designated for use as shops or offices.
It was the first western-style shopping center to be opened in Ethiopia.
It currently covers about 40,000 square meters of floor area with basement ground floor and 12 stories that host 105 shops, restaurants, and galleries.
It has a modern well- secured double deck parking with a capacity of 500 vehicles at a time.
The mall is known for it’s well trained, efficient round the clock security guards and assisted by surveillance cameras.
8. The Two Rivers Mall( Kenya) – 65.000m2
Located in Nairobi, Kenya, the mall derives its name from two rivers that streams near it.
It occupies 65,000 square meters on 1,700,000 million square feet of land that also has modern residential houses, world-class hotels, and a 3,600-seat amphitheater.
The mall is located just 29 kilometers from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport opened its doors to the public in February 2017.
