Top 10 Checklist: Become a Successful CISO in 2021

Be SMARTER! That’s my advice on this episode of Life of a CISO. I outline how you can accomplish your goals in 2021. By using the SMARTER Method, you pick goals that Specific, Measurable, Achievable, but also Risky, that Excite you and are Relevant to the life you want to have. If you pick goals and pursue them using this system, rather than goals that simply sound good but don’t appeal to you deep down, or are unachievable, so you can make excuses for not achieving them, you will be able to make 2021 your best year yet.
