Top 10 Coldest places in India on Monday December 2st | Skymet Weather

The temperatures have started dropping over most parts of India, right from Indo-Gangetic plains up to the central parts of the country. The reason can be attributed to the good amounts of rain and snowfall over the hills. The icy cold winds from the snow-clad mountains of the Himalayas are reaching up to Northwest India, thus resulting in a significant drop in the minimums.

As of today, Jaisalmer in Rajasthan is the coldest city in the plains of India, with its night temperatures settling at 10.9˚C.
