TOP 10 CROSSWIND LANDINGS - AIRBUS A380, BOEING 747, AN 124 ...

The TOP 10 of all crosswind landings I have ever filmed between 2013 and 2020. The Airbus A380 of Emirates definitly stole the show twice, escpecially when the pilots were slingering over the entire runway after kicking the rudder a little too much. Also not the Boeing 747 of KLM Cargo which almost touched the ground with one of its engines. One of the main gears almost lifted up from the ground.

Another highlight was the Antonov An124 landing I filmed last year at cologne. The pilots managed to land on the front gear. It was quite spectacular to see such a massive plane just rolli on the front gear.

Another unforgettable approach was performed by a Dash 8 of Eurowings. The crew had to deal with crosswinds up to 130km/h and I assume some of the passengers who participated in this roller coaster ride probably never flew again after this landing.
