Median transaction value was used for price of the entire year
2019 data is year-to-date Oct 19
Only 3/4/5 rooms were included in the comparison
Price of 5 room flat were used for ranking purposes
Some interpolation was preformed for estates with lower transaction volumes (e.g. 3 room flats in Pasir Ris/Punggol/Sembawang/Sengkang)
