Gay was third cause his 9.69 run was wind-assisted so he did not run that fast! His fastest is 9.71 which he ran in the race Usain Bolt broke the world record in and because i did not wanna show the same video twice and a video on a race in which he lost i decided to use his wind-assisted 9.69 run!
