I’ve tried about 20 different Half-Life: Alyx mods these past couple of months, here are my top 10 mods so far! At the end, a tutorial on how to install mods.

I tried to make this list as varied as possible because I didn’t want it to get repetitive for those who might want to follow along with this list.
