You should enjoy your workouts and the one way to achieve this is by doing a variety of exercises.

Please watch the video and add these exercises to your workouts.

You can make your own workout by selecting some of the exercises and doing several rounds of it. For example
1. Jumping Jacks 30 seconds
2. Rest 10 Seconds
3. Burpees 30 Seconds
4. Rest 10 Seconds
5. Air Squats 30 Seconds
6. Rest 10 Seconds

Repeat the circuit for a total of 5 Rounds.

Keep it simple guys and remain fit.
