Top 10 Most Underrated Promo Cutters of All Time (IMO)!!!

I'm not saying these guys are the greatest (except for #1) but I am arguing that these guys never get their just due. Today, I outline who in my opinion are beyond a shadow of a doubt, THE unsung heroes when it comes to picking up a mic. You may disagree, he'll, I might've even forgot a couple of guys. But at the very least, you can't argue that these guys are never talked about in the same vein as a Rock or an Austin in terms of having the gift of gab.
