The Millionaire Next Door taught me the value of saving money. How all the bling and flash usually don’t equate to wealth.

Rich Dad Poor Dad was my first introduction to the power of rental properties and cash flow. It also taught me about the difference between good debt and bad debt.

Atomic Habits showed me the importance of your surroundings and how much they impact your habits.

Traction was great because it showed me the importance of keeping people accountable. How to track your employees and everyone within your company.

Miracle Morning changed my life. Ever since I implemented my morning routine, my productivity and clarity have increase.

Who Moved My Cheese was probably the shortest book I’ve ever read. It showed me how important adapting quickly is.

Flip Your Future… Well it’s my book and it changed my life. If you want to learn to flip houses and get into real estate, then it can change yours too.

Good to Great taught me that there is a difference between companies that maintain excellence and those that are a flash in the pan.

Think and Grow Rich I didn’t like initially. But I learned to like it due to the power of the mastermind.

The Road Less Stupid showed me that its not only about the great ideas you make. It’s about the dumb ones you avoid as well.
