1. Goa

This union territory has always maintained a hipster charm and is slowly coming as the new hip place to contend with Goa. The French colonial charm of the streets of Puducherry coupled with the mix of cultures wherein there are large peaceful Ashrams as well as old school French architecture that coexist in harmony.
