Our Zip Code Series is the most popular content on our channel and we’re excited to cover New York. As part of the criteria, we only considered communities that have populations of African Americans that are at least 40% and where the median household income is greater than $70,000. These prestigious neighborhoods are where African Americans are succeeding in terms of income, homeownership, and academic achievement.
