So when I was younger im gonna say at 4 or 5 years old max, I used to have a scary recurring dream. Obviously at this point I would still sleep in my parents room, and the room was angled so the bed was facing the door. And because the room would be dark a bit of the door would be left open so some light could come through and I wouldn't get scared. But I kept having this nightmare where I'd see this red demon looking face and just the face in the slit of the door smiling with his pointy white teeth just looking at me. And every time I saw it I just couldn't wake up or move so I don't know if I was lucid dreaming or what but I had that dream multiple times and it was equally scary every time. Imagine a super evil demonic version of Him from the powerpuff girls.
