1. Create a realistic schedule / routine
2. Start with waking up 30 minutes earlier than usual (quarantine time) every weak.
3. Always do your bed before you leave your room. Declutter and eat breakfast (subtip).
4. SET out 1 to 2 goals you want to achieve and assign a deadline. Break it down further into subgoals so that you accomplish something small every day.
5. Ensure to set aside 30 min - 1 hour of things you enjoy doing (i.e. nap, TV, etc)
6. Start your day with something that motivates you and calls you to action. (I.e podcast, motivational YouTube video or motivational book).
7. Set a START and STOP time to start work and stop working. Remember to include breaks every 25 minutes of work (pomidoro technique). Proven to maximize productivity.
8. Before you go to bed, plan out the next days goals and write them down. Key is to Plan and Write it down and recall when needed.
9. TREAT yourself - life is not a race but a marathon. Every time you achieve a goal treat yourself a bit (I.e.break, eat a snack, call a friend, etc).
10. 1 hour before you go to bed turn down the screen brightness and adjust phone to read/silent mode. Dim room lights to prepare yourself psychologically for night time mode.
